Position Summary:
The Product Manager is responsible for defining, delivering, and evolving digital products that improve customer experiences while supporting key business objectives. This individual serves as the bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, and end users to ensure products solve meaningful problems and deliver measurable value.
The role oversees a portfolio of capabilities spanning multiple business functions—including areas such as physical therapy, diagnostics, and home health—and develops a unified product roadmap focused on critical stages of the customer journey, such as patient intake, scheduling, or revenue management. Success in this role requires balancing customer needs, operational priorities, and technical considerations to deliver scalable, user-centered solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute product strategies that align with organizational goals and customer needs.
Build and maintain product roadmaps by evaluating business priorities, customer value, technical complexity, and expected outcomes.
Gather customer feedback through research, analytics, interviews, and stakeholder engagement to identify opportunities for product improvements.
Convert business objectives into well-defined product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specifications.
Partner closely with engineering, UX/UI, operations, sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Lead product delivery by managing priorities, resolving risks, communicating progress, and facilitating Agile planning and execution activities.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure product success using data-driven insights to guide future enhancements.
Support product launches by collaborating with internal teams on adoption strategies, communications, and go-to-market planning.
Oversee products from concept and discovery through implementation, optimization, and retirement when appropriate.
Champion intuitive, accessible, and customer-focused experiences by incorporating usability testing, prototyping, and continuous customer feedback.
Monitor market trends, competitive solutions, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
Mentor or provide guidance to Associate Product Managers when assigned.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Five or more years of product management experience, ideally supporting technology-enabled or SaaS products.
Demonstrated success leading products from concept through launch and ongoing enhancement.
Experience working within Agile product development environments.
Knowledge of contemporary product management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
